I was hoping for a bigger weight loss, but I know since I am older it will probably be harder to get it off. At least the puffiness is going away. I need to start adding excercise to my program. I really want to loose 2 lbs a week. I'm taking a walk with Eric today. Hopefully that will kick in a desire to walk more.
I need to focus on the fact that I am staying plan, that I am eating healthy and gaining more energy.
Lord, I submit my plan to you and ask you to help me. Stir up in me a desire to do the right thing, to get this weight off by eating right and exercising.
