I think Ive got my motivation moving in the right direction. Did some much needed yard clean up and sanded and painted an old beat up chair. it looks amazing and new again. Proud of myself actually. Eating better and feeling better, its been a rough few months. Putting back on 20 lbs has really gotten me down, but I need to work to get back to where I was happy. I can do it. Ive done it before. Happy my place is looking better. Makes me feel better too.
