Little by little LOL. I was so busy yesterday with clients and errands I didn't get to eat lunch. So the family wanted Little Ceasar pizza which I didn't want but ate 2 little squares of the thin crust and about 5 little cheese breads. Man they were so small but they ad up in calories. Still under my calorie limit for the day. Will do better today though and hope to get some walking in but it's been raining for days. I get my 15yr old into the fast walking. My 5yr wants to come but sometimes he can't keep up so I let him go down road 1 time then drop him off at the house while me and his brother keep going. I'm so blessed :)
