Not sure that morning weight was accurate. Weighed myself a little later and it was a bit higher, They fed us at work today, 6 foot subs, chips, dip, soda and cookies. I was good. I did have a piece of the sub, it was about a 3 inch slice (no more, may be less) I took most of the bread off the top. I had a diet soda, no chips and no soda. My sodium was very high so I have been trying to drink extra water. A friend at work gave me a full bag of squash fresh from his garden. Had some of the yellow squash for dinner, have not had that in YEARS! So good!! There were some large Zucchinis in the bag and I like using the thing from TV that makes it look like spaghetti then putting Parmesan cheese on it. There were patty pans but I have to learn how to cook them. any suggestions?
