ugh! so frustrating! this last month has been a weight roller coaster! not sure why pms is hitting me so hard. but I feel awful! I feel so bloated this morning it's crazy...energy is at an all time low and mood swings at an all time high. I'm watching practically every bite i take and making sure to load up on water.

really hope when Tom starts that the weight drops back again. usually pretom my weight will go down. so really really hoping this happens. so need to survive another week or so and then hopefully all goes back to normal.
