What brand of tuna do you recommend? I’ve been off tuna since this whole “full of mercury” label was attached 😮‍💨

Komcpt, yeah I know this stuff about heavy metals in some fish.. FDA recommends to eat 2 -3 servings per week of light tuna [ 1 serving is 4oz this is about 114 grams ] I buy canned light meat tuna from woolies
