unfortunately a little dip up... woke up with pain in my tummy so something is off. pms is also taking it's toll I'm bloated, moody and just feeling gross. it's also 30+c here so it's hot! I'm trying to stay as hydrated as possible, no salty food (not even adding any salt to my food!) to minimize the dehydration and bloat. but still my weight has gone up. it's a bit frustrating. I'm just hoping that it starts to go back down again soon... I was on such a good roll there!
