Well, I’m definitely under on everything today. Fasted the morning for bloodwork that didn’t end up happening, then the “pizza party”. It is now 4pm and I’m sitting around 20 calories consumed so far for the day. Me thinks there is a good chance I’m not setting any new PR’s on the Squat today! 😜

I eat the toppings and leave the crust, then it doesn’t feel like I’m missing out! And I feel great afterwards when I’m not in a carb coma at work! Good on you for having complete willpower!👏🏻

It only takes one slice to get me going! It’s all or nothing when pizza comes to town, so I abstain as best I can.
But, when I do get pizza, I get GOOD pizza. Not cheap pizza 😉
