Well.. two weeks of holidays, no recording.. eating and drinking too much.. initially looked like a 6 lb gain - now seems like 3 lbs - but back to it.

Did manage to get out for three rides, 20 to 30 miles each, so wasn't a total holiday "blow out", but I am paying the price for sitting and drinking and eating while watching the U.S. Open in Seattle and numerous wines and beers with my brother.

But, back on the road this week, so far, so good :)
