This is last Friday's weigh-in... although a busy weekend, so I'm only just getting around to writing. But still creeping down... with another 1lb off the bodywork, so thankfully still going in the right direction!

Friday, Sunday and Monday evening's I've eaten out... so I might have my work cut out continuing in the right direction for this coming Friday's weigh-in. But as I've said before, I'm not on a diet... but just trying to eat healthier in the main. So the odd day or so here and there doesn't really matter.
