I'm back and only 1/2 pound gained after being ill and eating like crap for over a week. Back on the horse and ready to get back to kicking butt :) How have y'all been?

it sucks to be sick and on a diet... I always feel like i want my moms comfort food and gator aide LOL.. welcome back ! and .5 is nothing , just drink lots of water to flush it out LOL no pun intended hahahaha

I have the stomach flu or food poisoning...no sure which so I am slowly introducing foods back after a 1 1/2 days of mainly liquids... I didn't even record it!

Hope you are "on the mend" for sure...Adam....Keep Climbing, Buddy.....BTW...did you know that in the 2015 Football Season only 4 Teams are FAVORED in ALL of their games?....Clemson, Ohio State, TCU.......and Boise State....Go Broncos!!!!!!!! :) (I don't gamble, but I do listen to Sports Radio an hour or two every day.)
