I have decided that Sunday's are my "cheat day" of course the cheat has to be reasonable. If I have been craving something I will have a little bit. Nothing extreme. At work we have "street Tacos" they are made with small corn tortillas. I have no clue what the carbs are but I can not believe that they are all that bad but today I will have them! Three small tacos, mmmm Thank goodness I do not crave high sugar things like cake or candy although last week I did have a slice of my home made bread (toasted)
