Feeling proud of the difference... Nevermind the fact that Im struggling to get to my goal..

How many calories should one take for each meal? I am new here. Still trying to figure out

molebogengm this answer greatly depends on you. My caloric intake is 1500 - 1600 per day. I split this into generally 3 meals, but those meals are depending on my working hours (I work shifts). Generally you want to have a sufficient breakfast that will keep you full for longer. Your lunch/dinner is up to your personal preferences. Some like to have a large meal at lunchtime, while others like their main meal to be at supper. Work out what your intake is, what your deficit should be (according to the amount of weight you want to lose), then you structure your meals according to when you are the busiest in your day (that will be your highest calorie intake for the day) if that makes sense.
