there aren't many mornings when waking up and getting on the scale is a highlight, but this morning it sure is! I'm super happy with this result today. I'm just generally happy with the direction my weight is going in and these little wins are great extra motivation to keep me going! not that I'd slip and fall of the wagon, but it's the little reward I needed to boost my confidence.
