Hi all Had great visit with my Mom she is hanging in there. She is very sick with blood clots and AFib. Not sure how long we will have her with us sad 😢 times. I learned I’m a lot like my Mom. My eating my sons kept telling me I need to eat it’s hard when even salad can upset my tummy but I keep trying. This is something I will be working on big time getting my body out of starvation mode no more fasting it’s not helping me right now. I’m also doing chair exercises and starting with my leg weights again need to get stronger. I’ve had a rough night with pain but I’m ready to start my day with hubby. He’s a good man making me lunch right now. God knew I needed a Chief to help me through this time in my life.
