Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally going in the right direction. I've been incorporating smoothies into my diet, and it's working!! One for breakfast every day and most lunches too. Then just try not to over-eat at dinner. It's been pretty easy, and I feel good! I'm doing green smoothies (spinach & kale) and getting veggies I never would have before!
