Yesterday I had a migraine that caused me to violently throw up my dinner, so not sure if this drop is due, at least partially, to that. I'm feeling fine now. Last week's increases were made possible by doughnuts and pizza. Cold weather has hit Melbourne hard, and so the cravings came with it. I'm back to soups and not buying high carb foods. If I don't buy the junk, I can't eat it! 💚
