Hi all. I see now that journal entries can be made from the mobile app. Hooray! I have NOT been on a scale in over a week, as my activity level has dropped and my diet has crept slightly over the 3000 calls I'm allotted. I promise a weigh-in on Saturday morning. I've got 2 days to get it going back in the right direction. Also, I'm riding 25mi. in the Wounded Warrior in July.
