I made the most delicious Tortallini bake for dinner tonight. Served 8. Under 500 kcal 26g protein 28g carbs and 23g fat you could omit some of the cheese to lessen the fat but it was a hit with the family. I put it in my macro count first thing this morning and worked the rest of my meals around it to be sure it would fit my macros. I wish I would have taken a photo. 😔
