Today, May 1st, marks the official kickoff day for my 2023 diet!
Easing into it w/slight intake moderation and some house & yard project activities.
Last summer was a huge weight loss success for me, and both of those are what I attribute it to.

Thank you Buenita! Good to be back! Probably take me a while to get back in the groove, but at least I'm going into it a bit more knowledgeable and a little bit lighter this time!! Hahaha!!🤣 😂 😜
