Very pleased to be another 2lbs down this week, so that's 7lbs off the bodywork... so 3lbs until I reach my first goal. Feels good when you can see the scales moving in the right direction!

This week I've made an effort into getting back to doing some exercise... isn't that the hardest making it become a habit? I went swimming last Monday and really enjoyed pushing myself, but also went out for a few walks. Had a nice 5.5 mile walk today around near us and met some friends at a local pub. I'm lucky to live on the edge of Dartmoor in England, so there's no excuse for not getting out walking. Hubby is also game, as we've been a bit lazy over the winter months.

Loving the fact that it's a bank holiday weekend. Hopefully the weather will be kind tomorrow and we can get out for some more exploring. We've been invited to a neighbours house in our little hamlet, along with others on Sunday at 5pm for a little get together and food. So my aim is to incorporate into my eating plan, so I don't "fall ff the wagon"... everything in moderation, right? Well, that's my aim... so fingers crossed. Maybe out for some more exploring on Monday.
