i've been really struggling with energy for the last 10 yrs... Yesterday was the first time I managed to hang on to keto through a weekend and out the other side. usually I blow it somehow on the weekend but this time, tracking my weight daily, I figured out what I was doing to myself so last weekend I didn't do it.

Yesterday the ketosis kicked in. It was incredible. I thought I was whooshing for the last four days but I definitely whooshed yesterday. I had the Devil's Diarrhoea, and all day I was on a massive energy high. Unbelievable energy.

My stomach is now a thing that I can pay attention to, or not. It does not bully me or beg for anything. Work is a constant parade of home baking and suchlike as all the women bring things in and leave them on the table in reception... I passed up honey rice bubble biscuits, which have always been a weakness... didn't notice.

This is a big change. A big change in pressure and stress, and activity of mind.
I'm feeling like I'm on crack or something. I could run a mile. I feel weightless. I'm losing weight so fast, I can tell the change on my feet and legs.

Anyway the weight loss must start shelving off now, because this is nuts. I just lost another 500g.
