Logging my weight now instead of tomorrow, its just 4 hours away. But, same as usual. I bought me this Chinese dieters tea the other week, and I probably do just 1 bag a week.
For my meal prep for work, I've been making veggie mac. So, veggie pasta, alfredo, parm cheese, and broccoli. Chose to try queso as my sauce >.> that stuff is too thick, I'm gonna have to go back to alfredo sauce. The calories are not bad either way. When I did alfredo version, I portioned that batch out to 9 servings, 410 calories. This queso version, 8 servings is like 465, but if 9, it would have been 413 calories.
I think I want to find or come up with another meal prep for work. Probably will make chicken and broccoli, and a herb sauce, and then make wild or white rice with it.
