This mornings breakfast. protein oats, with brown sugar,cinnomon, and almonds. yumm!

I had protein oats too this morning with blueberries. I love having oatmeal and don't know why I don't have it more often.

Oatmeal is a lovely thing, Redporchlady. One of my go tos. I like to just soak it in soy milk with flax meal and chia and hemp seeds. Guess I'm too lazy to cook it most of the time 😂

What brand? I'm rather fond of Oatmeal Unleashed Chocolate Chip, in fact I had it for breakfast😋

@wrotomgwyo-I soak mine overnight and never have tried them cold but should give it a try! I use almond milk but did buy some oatmilk to try. I need to add Chia and hemp seeds.
