Started again,
i ended in the hospital a couple weeks back and while was there they checked everything which included my blood sugar.
I have been a diabetic for awhile now and know what I need to do but I kept failing
my blood sugar was 598! I am now 198 but I have to lower it to at least 150

The Nurse Practioner said I could have had a stroke! They gave my fluids and insulin and didn't let me leave till I was at least below 300
I am also obese and thats hard I can't have a back procedure till I get my blood sugar under control.
I'm working hard at eating well.
I'm proud of myself for eating better and I feel better.
The weight has to come off soon I'm sure
