In two days, it will be ten months ago that I started on this WOE - calorie-counting, recording everything I eat, getting in 20g fiber, drinking 6 cups of water a day, and increasing my exercise (in almost six months, from ZERO to gradually 3.5 miles of walking a day). I haven’t always done perfectly, but I haven’t given up when I’ve had temporary setbacks. I’ve allowed myself to have the things I really love - Dave’s Killer Good Seed bread, butter, desserts and Diet Coke. For over a month, I’ve hovered between 200-205. Today, finally, I crossed the threshold and dipped below 200. Had to lose 59 pounds to do it, but this morning I am at 199.6!!! God has been good (as He is ALL the time) in giving me the motivation and determination I needed to accomplish this milestone. Next goal: 175.
