Wow my pre-workout drink has really made a huge difference in my morning workouts. I actually feel energized working out now early in the morning and had the motivation to do Ab Ripper when I normally don't. Oh and Ab Ripper is still as hard as ever. Not sure why I can't get any better at it...haha.

"Tip of the day: Don't smash your face"

Just another thought. I've been getting a lot of "you're starting to look too skinny". People don't see me with my shirt off and can't see that I still have fat to lose and toning to get done. I think because they have this image of me being heavier it makes them think i'm losing too much weight when in reality i'm actually just getting to normal looking. I'm sure once I get in the shape I want to be people will say I look healthy and not skinny or underweight.
