Haven’t made it to the grocery store yet therefore attempting to use what I have stocked up and keep within suggestion’s and things learned through reading Evidently I was sabotaging myself by not increasing my fats - proteins too high even though I attempted keeping carbs on the low side as well as my calories intake at around 1200 but generally in the 900’s ? Starvation mode which caused slow weight loss plus eating last meal late Here it goes
