Miracle Morning: Day 12 & 13
Insanity Max 30: Day 11 & 12

So today is a combined post, as i didn't do anything i was supposed to do yesterday but today i'm back on track!!

I woke up around 8 this monrning (Sunday) and got my laundry in and then proceeded to do my miracle morning. I did all of my 6 SAVERS this morning (silence, affirmations, visualizations, exercise, reading and scribing or journaling).

It's ok to take a day off (even though they are supposed to be planned ahead of time, which i didn't do) but i'm not beating myself up too much over it today. I got a lot accomplished around the house yesterday which felt great and was really nice to wake up to this morning.

Also, for Insanity i'm supposed to take a day off each week, which i did yesterday and got back at it today.

I'm realizing that as long as i get back on the horse it's ok to take some time off. It actually good to do.

This week my new goal (and continued goal) is to do better with my diet. I've been going waaaay overboard the last few days with food (i'm definitely realizing i have some food addictions). I want to feel good being healthy and seeing major results.

Here's to another day and to a SHOWER!! If you want to sweat like a crazy person, Insanity Max is the way to do it!! :)
