I forgot to weigh yesterday, but I was afraid it would be even higher than the 205.2 I was the day before. This morning, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that I was down to 202.8! I certainly did not “deserve” the loss! I’ve been eating over 2,200 calories a day (one day over 2,700!) With the way I’ve been maintaining weight between 201-205 for the past month, if I had been limiting calories, I could have been well under 200 pounds by now! God is good, even when I’m not! I think next week will get the week I break the 200-pound barrier! I’ve hovered here above it long enough.
Yesterday, I had a VERY stressful hour or so trying to enforce a boundary I’m trying to set with my almost 38-year-old daughter. It was very hard to say NO to a request of hers, but it was the right thing to do. Cost me a second blueberry muffin and butter afterward (to reward myself for holding my ground).
