i lose weight with low carb diet...when it stops for few days,i do methabolism confussion with taking more forbiden carbs,during diet,such as a cake,pizza,pasta...then by doing this,leveil of leptin rises,so you lose weight again by low carb diet...simply you confuse body not to store energy,instead of storing it uses energy...so kilos go down...good luck
