One of my goals is to return to wearing whatever I like, then I put it off til some point when I’ve lost the weight. It’s backwards thinking if I’m serious about reverse engineering my weight gain, I’m going to start right now feeling good about how I present myself to the world. Stop the Ms. Invisible stretchy trousers and trainers habit… I ignored my inner critic,bought a few new things for a bit of an upgrade and it’s an instant confidence boost, and I feel inspired to take the idea of I can do this seriously!
