166 today..starving for a few days...workout good last two days...not today...today i had 2 chicken nuggets..frappe...cereal w/choc milk...yesterday i had lots of oatmeal...fries...chicken pieces...coffee...too much but none at night...day before pasta...then choc milk but too late...two zumba classes..an ab class..and a little groove and spin class...bicepts today 12in30cm...waiste-31in79cmm..chest 40in101cm...hips 43in109cm
