Ahhh! I am having a scale disaster! So I'm away on a trip and took my scale and this morning it's gone super high! It could be because my scale is in a new place (it's weird like that), I'm about a week from ToM and often my weight goes up before... I didn't sleep last night all that much and have massive stomach cramps & bloating. I'm going to stay away from salt for now and drink loads of water and hope it gets better. I went in the sauna last night and that did help after all the sweating. So lets see...
