@Chawest Thank you🙏🏾🥹. I am on a low carb eating plan and I intermittent fast. I eat my first meal after 11am or if I forget to eat I eat one meal a day. It takes a while though to get to one meal a day status, I just eat when I am hungry. I would say intermittent fasting worked wonders for me as I was insulin resistant. The reduced carb intake as well worked for me and I have become use to it. Good luck and I hope you find what works for you.🙏🏾👌🏾

@Zinhle The toning is hard work queen!! But it's so totally worth it. I often look back at those embarrassing pictures to remind myself where I'm going. How do you find motivation for those hard days?
