Lots of food and of course dairy on Friday (2 days ago), so I'm considering that a refeed day. I've been decent at keeping calories around 1200, so it was about time to eat more. I don't want to kill my metabolism like last time I cut calories for an extended period of time. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by June, so there's still a ways to go.
