Well, still haven't made it back to the gym...... I am having such a hard time getting back. I just don't want to-- I mean I know when I am regular, I feel better and more confident. It's just getting back in the swing of things. I gotta get there.

I havent weighed, though I need to, because the scale I will only use now is at the gym.

Maybe I will go to water aerobics tonight.

I havent been entering my food as of late either. Ugh, can I just get my mojo back, PLEASE?

Goals for the week:
Enter all food from this day on
Get to the gym 3 times-- even if it is only for 15 minutes.
Do NOT let others get to me. Live my own life.

Do or do not.. there is no try - Yoda. Trish you can do this, but use the words of Yoda, do not TRY just do it, you were doing so great and now it is time to jump on the horse and just do it, even if you hate it.
