Well, still haven't made it back to the gym...... I am having such a hard time getting back. I just don't want to-- I mean I know when I am regular, I feel better and more confident. It's just getting back in the swing of things. I gotta get there.
I havent weighed, though I need to, because the scale I will only use now is at the gym.
Maybe I will go to water aerobics tonight.
I havent been entering my food as of late either. Ugh, can I just get my mojo back, PLEASE?
Goals for the week: Enter all food from this day on Get to the gym 3 times-- even if it is only for 15 minutes. Do NOT let others get to me. Live my own life.
