TOM coming up so I expected as much this week. I also may have dropped the ball with keeping my calories healthy, too. (We won't talk about that though because it doesn't happen near as much as it used to, and for the most part I am a good girl:). I have been weaning myself off of coffee this week due to realizing I have had adrenal fatigue, (no wonder I feel like crap so often!), and I feel so much better!! As soon as I get over the coffee I'm going to make the switch to tea in the mornings. I'm so excited! I have also been keeping a close eye on my stressors during the day, and telling everyone good night at 9 so that I am asleep as close to 10 as possible. I feel like a brand new woman!
