Slowly coming down. I think eating right at work keeps me on track. I put a little over 10,000 steps on my FitBit yesterday, so the exercise may be helping, too. I just want to get to my next goal now (189). I want to be done with the 190's. LOL. Alisha wants to go back to the gym, so we have to fit that in somewhere, too!
