Succumbed to lust for crunchy peanut butter--but not as deeply as in days (weeks and years) past. Slathered only a serving and a half (3 tbsps) on a 100% whole wheat english muffin as a late-morning snack... mmm. Having awoken at 4:30 am, I have to be careful not to fill my extra hours with gnoshing :)
