I'm really using my FitBit a lot now. I'm currently on two challenges. It keeps track of everything. It keeps me aware and motivated. I'm even drinking all my water. I drink 72 ounces of water a day. I got that out of the way, already. It's tracking my sleep, my calories, steps, heartrate. I can't believe I lived without this. LOL. If anyone has one and wants to add me, feel free to add me.
