Believe there is a saying try try try again. !!! That’s me Unsure if I’m going keto again or ? Good at logging my foods and keeping my calorie intake at or below 1200. My exercise is null mainly due to my back even picking up the garbage the pain radiates down my back. Dx with 6 & 7th disc dislocated. Do know though the weight is putting a strain on my back Oh well enough complaining. Decided today to go back to weight watchers but found out places nearby are permanently closed Don’t do well with on line so considering just counting calories. For some reason just can’t get back into the grove of keeping my carbs down Oh well !!! Guess ill just try try again to find a diet that can be done long term instead of this yo yo dieting.
