I'm back! Its been a couple/few years. And I'm fatter than I've ever been in my life. I've chosen low carb this time. Although today's consumption was too little carb wise. This is mainly because I didn't have a proper lunch break and had to quickly shove 2 chicken legs down my throat before returning to work - I didn't have time to eat the salad I'd bought with it. Shithouse.
