Gained almost a pound. I started drinking water yesterday for my Fitbit. I had to drink 32 ounces right before bed (yes, I was up during the night--LOL). Not sure if it's the water weight or what it is. Not worried about a pound because it seems I do this every week, then end up lower within the week.
