One month on this diet is behind me. It has been tough. I have done good. I will not give up. I will continue to journal and record everything I eat. My clothes are getting a littlle looser. Yeah!!!. I cought a reflextion of my full profile today in the mirror, I still have a lot of work to do. keep on task, keep on task. Summer term is half over. I will be done with my degree by Dec 10. I hope to walk for my diploma at my goal weight. I need to be healthier this is no joke. I will feel and look better, 50 lbs lighter. I hope.
