Went a little crazy on the sweets today! I was on target to have my Average Daily Calories for the week to be in the low 1,400’s. Now it is well into the 1,500’s. Doggone myself! On the bright side, the chocolate chip muffins I made my husband are too dry, so I don’t want them; I finished off the Keebler Deluxe Duos cookies; and I had my husband finish the Snack Factory Peppermint White Chocolate Pretzel Crisps.
Had a lot of stress today. My daughter really wants to move into our basement with her two kids to get away from a hateful relationship with my grandson’s father. It would be SUCH a disruption to our peaceful and quiet lifestyle, and I don’t think our anxiety meds would be enough to compensate. Praying it doesn’t come to that!
