Hi Lynda! It’s 1 whole egg mixed with roughly 200 grams of egg whites and some steamed broccoli. For some cheese I spread some laughing cow light cheese in the middle 😉

Thats great! I had 2 yogarts-400 calories and 4 carbs. I wish I would have made the eggs and broccoli

Omelettes are one of my favorites. I load them up with veggies, usually onions and mushrooms. If I skip the toast, I will add two thin slices of Swiss cheese or a pat of real butter on top. I love butter...a lot. 🌻 I always use two whole eggs. Maybe I will try using only one of the yolks next time. Yours looks really yummy! I've never put broccoli in one. I will try that too.
