Hi all! Brag Alert... I'm about to go on and on about how well I'm doing, so if you're having a pity party or generally don't like hearing about other people having good news, this journal entry is NOT FOR YOU.

I have taken on a bunch of challenges recently, and am running out of time to do them. However, doing them, I am. I just don't know how I fit it all in. My calorie RDI is 3100, so I keep my intake just below 3000. I've only gone over once this month, and only like 100 over, so my losses keep coming. I've lost 27 lbs since starting this, and according to my wife, I'm close to getting "too skinny". Sometimes you just can't win, people...

I'm up to 215 crunches/87 leg raises/2 1/2 minute plank for abs, 135 squats, 25 calf raises using my current weight on the leg press at the gym. Minimum 30 min of cardio (the arc trainer is my preferred machine) averaging 560 calories expended. I work 2 jobs/12 hours M-F, 2 days a week at the 2nd job, I do eiher 300+ pushups over 3 hours or 150+ 20lb curls over 3 hours. I have 2.5 hrs between jobs to work out, and I'm cutting it close with the time I'm spendiing getting everything done there. Saturday, I put in 8.5 hrs OT along with gym time. Sunday, gym for 2 hours in the morning followed by yardwork over 3 hours. I'm setting my best friend up with a woman I recently met in Al-Anon group, and next week am going to visit with my 25 yr old daughter in Virginia and take in the sights of Washington D.C. So, anyone working harder than me? If so, I'd love to hear about it. :)
