Sorry I haven't been the best buddy lately, but so dang busy! I've been taking advantage of the nice weather, coming home from work and working in the garden until dark. Then, I sit with a glass of wine (champagne tonight) on my swing with the firepit and torches all lit. I decided to weed, dig and turn the soil without a tiller. Lot's of exercise, cleared my mind and my lungs felt so good after! I upped my calories lately because I haven't been eating right and I noticed I wasn't feeling real good. I'm still within limit, but noticed I needed to add some carbs once in a while--esp before gardening for a few hours. I'm hoping to get on here and catch up with everyone. Again--sorry I haven't been on too much! This is the weather we've been waiting for!
