my perfect egg is hard boiled I can't do egg yolk any other way

Insta Pot hard (boiled?) eggs are pretty good, they peel easy too. if I do the water routine I boil the water, add vinegar, add the eggs...wait desired time...dump water add cold water and then a couple trays of ice cubes. I find that makes them peel quite easily. I don't boil brown eggs, is it just me or do they peel differently?

I do think they peel different from the white eggs. So glad I'm not the only one who has noticed lol.
